A creative fried treat made with sesame tofu. Made in three varieties, each of which is infused with a different flavor: yuzu, mugwort, or ginger. Coarsely crushed arare rice crackers coat the outside, delivering a satisfyingly crispy exterior with a delightfully chewy interior.
Ready to cook from frozen, fried tofu can be prepared in several different ways:
・ Deep-fried and seasoned with salt ・ Agedashi-style (Deep-fried in dashi broth) ・ Wan-dane (As a soup garnish/ingredient)
