These fragrant bamboo leaves have been processed to preserve their just-harvested freshness. Treated with saltwater, boiled, and vacuum-sealed, they can be stored at room temperature for extended periods while unopened. In addition to sushi, please use them as a decorative garnish placed beneath various dishes and ingredients (the leaves themselves are not edible).
Before use, rinse both sides of the leaves with water and wipe them dry with a cloth. Please store at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperatures.
